Proaction makes fleet-management demos from prospect calls, emails and spreadsheets. After a sale, its engineers get the same demo the buyer saw. Better than a slide deck and someone’s memory of the call.

I’d stop at the first button that appears to work. Does that action exist in the product? Is the data real? Who agreed to build what’s missing?

Write the answers on the demo before showing it to the buyer. Have someone from delivery review anything sales is about to promise. Keep the buyer’s corrections attached when the demo changes hands.

The moment a prospect says, “Great, we’ll need that,” a mock-up can become a requirement. Find the gap while it’s still a screen.
