Name the Person Who Can Pause It
Anthropic and Accenture are putting billion-dollar money behind embedded AI evaluation.
Most companies do not need that version.
They do need the shape of it.
AI review cannot sit outside the work anymore. Not if the system writes customer replies, touches records, routes support tickets, flags invoices, or tells employees what to do next. The risk is not only a bad answer. It is a plausible action moving through the business with nobody clearly allowed to stop it.
That is the missing role.
Every live AI workflow needs someone responsible for performance and someone else responsible for trust. The first person asks whether it works. The second asks whether it should keep running.
Those cannot always be the same person.
Start small. Pick one AI workflow already in use. Name what it touches. Name who reviews the path, not just the output. Name the threshold that pauses it.
If nobody can pause the system, nobody owns the system.
That is not safety.
That is hope with a login.
